Self-Pay TMS Options
Self-pay patients have the flexibility to complete up to 5 sessions per day, allowing the full 36-session course to be completed in as little as one week—compared to 1 session per day when using insurance.
Insurance Requirements for TMS Coverage
Before TMS is approved, most insurance companies require you to try a certain number of antidepressant medications. Here’s a general guide based on your insurance provider:

- Most clients notice improvement between 15–25 sessions.
- All optional services (IVA, CNS, qEEG, wellness visits) are included—no extra charge, no credit if unused.
- You can upgrade to a larger package within 14 days by paying the difference.
- If insurance approves treatment, you still qualify for TMS discounts (e.g., $1500 qEEG with 36 sessions).
- Any insurance over-payments go toward your deductible/co-pays; the rest is refunded.
Refund Policy: All services included in the package must be completed within 12 months. If treatment is discontinued or extends beyond 12-months for any reason, all completed services will be recalculated and billed at our standard, non-discounted rates. Any remaining balance will then be refunded. Example:
Package Purchased: 36 TMS Sessions = $10,995
o qEEG brain mapping portion: $2,995
o Allocated TMS Balance: $8,000
• Standard Rates: $650 (first session) | $400 (subsequent sessions)
• Scenario: Treatment stopped after 10 treatments. Recalculation:
• 1st session: $650
• 9 subsequent sessions (9 × $400): $3,600
• Total cost for 10 sessions at standard rate: $4,250 – $8,000 (TMS portion paid) = $3,750 refund.
Neurofeedback Packages
(In-Home or In-Office, CPT:90901)
Session Cost: $175 per 50-minute session, Lower Prices With Packages
Includes in-office supervision, equipment setup, and online access for home sessions
- All packages can be upgraded to a larger package within 14 days of completion—By paying the difference .
- Optional tests (qEEG, CNS, IVA) are included at no extra cost. No credit is given if skipped.
- Credit for included evaluations will be applied if treatment begins within 60 days of the assessment.
- Equipment Return: A $10 daily late fee applies if the equipment is not returned within 10 days of completing your package. Equipment will not be accepted for return after 30 days.
- Daily fees are waived for the following timeframes based on your package:

- 45 sessions – 120 days
- 65 sessions – 160 days
- 95 sessions – 250 days

Important Notes
- Nonverbal Patient received 90 free hours when a 90-hour plan is purchased for a total of 180 hours.
- qEEG testing will be used when the standard testing is not possible.
- Training is done at home with Tomatis bone conduction headphones.
- Equipment requires a $300 refundable deposit, returned if the equipment is undamaged and sent back within 10 days of stopping. A daily $10 fee is applied starting from day 11. Equipment will not be accepted for return after 30 days.
